The City of Owatonna, MN is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Planning, Engineering and Architectural Services at the Owatonna Degner Regional Airport for the next five (5) years. Professional, technical and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the Airport’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). BALLFIELD. The City of Excelsior is in the process of upgrading our historic baseball field, the Commons Ballfield. The goal of this project will be to have the selected proposer review the existing conditions of the field, propose designs for the baseball field based on the criteria outlined in this RFP and direction from the City. The proposer will assist the City with the bidding of a redesigned version of the field, including the drafting of bid documents and specifications for this project. Notice is hereby given that the City of Hibbing of St. Louis County, Minnesota, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain the services of a firm to perform professional consulting services to prepare a Multi-purpose Community Center Feasibility Study. The study should provide direction to the City on critical elements for a new multi-purpose community center, or possible remodel and/or expansion of current facilities that would meet the needs of the City of Hibbing. WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR: The City of Harris is seeking “Sealed Proposals” for a Water and Wastewater Contract Operator. Operators should have experience in water distribution, treatment, and equipment operation and wastewater collection, treatment, and equipment operation. Operators must effectively run the utilities, maintain minimum coverage in compliance with MN Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) guidelines and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), and have a valid Class B Wastewater license and a valid Class C Water license. Operators must submit the appropriate required paperwork to regulatory agencies at designated times on behalf of the City.
