We are also looking for proposals for a relocation of our Stamford office in a building that is (1) in or close to Stamford (all locations must be within 10 minutes walking distance from a train station), and (2) that represents the “green” mission and values of the organization. We expect the selected Broker to be able to compare without bias presented spaces with the Green Bank’s existing locations, and with previously identified space (to be disclosed to the selected Broker).
