The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic'sintent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Kulite SemiconductorProducts, Inc. for the acquisition of twenty (20) Pressure Transducer - Sensors. Manufacturer is KuliteSemiconductor Products, Inc., 1 Willow Tree Road, Leonia, New Jersey 07605-2210. Part number is IPT-6-875-200A. Description: Pressure Transducer - Sensor.The Government intends to negotiate solely with Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc. under the authorityof FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc. has proprietary rights for this PressureTransducer – Sensor.
