Snow Removal attachments for heavy Equipment

The Washington Office - AQM - Job Corps Support Branch intends to award a contract on a single source basis to Central Machinery Sales, Inc. for purchase of a Case Sectional Snow Push– 17 FT and a  Case 84" Snow Blower Standard Flow for the Heavy Equipment Operator trade at  the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, located in White Swan WA. A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source.  For purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances deem only one source reasonably available. Central Machinery Sales, Inc. has been identified through Market Research as the only vendor in the local area that is capable of providing the Case Snow Blower and Sectional Snow Push for the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center.This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
