GENERAL MUNICIPAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS JOB ORDER CONTRACT 2024 FOR INTERGOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT PROJECTS

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to repair, replacement and construction of any structure, shelter or enclosure and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required.
