DA10--QGENDA SOFTWARE FOR HEALTH INFORMATICS (SaaS) Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667, intends to award a sole source agreement/contract to Qgenda for term software license for VAMC Richmond, VA 23249. This contract action is for On-call platform (software term licenses (annual)) for the advanced schedule automation for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519 with a small business size standard of $30M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting such information by 5:00 P.M., EST. on 01 December 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
