Building (ILSQ), College Station. The current estimated time for delivery and installation of all items is October 1 - November 11, 2022. The manufacturer name, model and specifications listed for each item are meant to be descriptive, not restrictive, unless stated otherwise. If not offering the exact manufacturer and model specified you must submit detailed specifications and product cut sheets/literature for the product offered to be used as part of our evaluation. Failure to submit this information with your bid response will be grounds for disqualification. Any deviations from the specifications listed will be used in the evaluation and the A&M System will determine if the product offered is to be considered an equivalent and acceptable to meet our needs. The decision of the A&M System shall be final. Bidders shall reference the following attachments:  Exhibit A - Bid_PO Terms 10142019  Insurance Requirements - TAMU  FPC-ITB-3741 - HSP Requirements  FPC-ITB-3741 - ILSQ Furnishings Specifications  Project 02-3272 - Attachment A - delivery & install instructions Bid shall be submitted electronically via AggieBid by the bid due date and time Friday, August 12, 2022 - 2:00 PM - CDT. **Late bids will not be considered. Email all questions to A&M System Buyer - Patty Allison at email: soprocurement@tamus.edu. Description Required to View Event Prerequisites Required to Enter Bid 03 August 2022 1. This Invitation to Bid shall be per the attached A&M System - Exhibit A Bid Terms. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt and understanding of the A&M System bid terms. Any exceptions taken to our terms must be clearly identified and included in your bid response. Any exceptions taken will be taken into consideration in the review for award of this bid. The A&M System reserves the right to reject, negotiate, or accept any exception listed to our bid terms. 2. A HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required for this bid. Failure to submit an HSP will constitute an irregular response, which will be rejected. Instructions for completing the HSP are in the attached FPC-ITB-3741 - HSP Requirements. 3. MULTIPLE OR SINGLE AWARD NOTE: It is our intention to award to one vendor, however, if in our best interest we reserve right to award to more than one vendor to best meet our needs. 4. Attach your company quote which details each item meets all specifications. Quote shall be itemized and show all details of specifications being met. ** Bid pricing shall remain firm until all items are delivered, installed and accepted. 5. The estimated time-frame for delivery and install is October 1 - November 11, 2022. If any items do not meet this delivery/install time-frame need, include in item comments the best available date. 6. Insurance Requirements - Reference attached Insurance Requirements. The A&M System requires all vendors performing work on any System member campus to provide proof of the required insurance coverage as noted in the bid. Awarded vendor shall provide and maintain required insurance coverage for the duration of this purchase and until item delivered and installed. 7. Payment Terms: the A&M System's terms are generally Net 30 upon delivery of all items, completion of installation services and receipt of correct invoice. For any other payment terms to be considered, details must be submitted w/ your bid response for consideration and approval. 8. References: Required if you have not provided similar / same services to the A&M System or Texas A&M University in the last three (3) years. Provide the company name, company address, company contact name, contact email address, contact telephone number and general description of completed scope of services for three (3) projects where your company has performed similar scope of work. References with institutions of higher education are preferred. Failure to include References, if required, will lead to disqualification of your bid response. 9.
