PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTThe Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 108, Lots 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13, containing approximately 296,366 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90888, and the applicant is Airframes Alaska, LLC.  The term of the lease is 55 years commencing February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2076.  Annual rent for the land is $35,563.92, at the rate of $0.12 per square foot per year.Written comments or competing applications must be received by
