Unified School District No. 410 Notice of Intent to Request Qualifications for Construction Manager At-Risk Services Unified School District No. 410 Durham – Hillsboro – Lehigh intends to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to interested construction management firms for Construction Manager At- Risk (CMAR) services for a future bond referendum. Services wi ll include pre-construction services during the bond campaign and, should the bond referendum be successful, post-bond referendum services. The exact scope and value of the bond projects have yet to be determined. The anticipated total cost of the projects could be $8,000,000 to $12,000,000 but is subject to change. Projects to be considered at Hillsboro Elementary School, Hillsboro Middle/High School, and the USD 410 District Office may include all or a portion of the following: Building Additions Including a Storm Shelter Interior Renovations Life Safety Upgrades Security Upgrades Building Exterior Envelope Restoration Interior Finish Upgrades HVAC System Upgrades Electrical System Upgrades High School Auditorium Upgrades Indoor Sports Facilities Upgrades Site Paving Upgrades/Rework A formal RFQ will be available on February 9, 2023.
