All mailed qualification submittals must be delivered and in possession of the project manager by 2:00 P.M. on April 5, 2024 . Submittals received after said time will not be considered. To guard against premature opening, each proposal shall be submitted to the Public Works Department in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the following: RFQ title Specification number Consultant name Time and

date of the proposal opening Proposals shall be submitted using the forms provided in the specification package.
