Request for Bids for 2024 Asphalt Mill and Overlay

The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 2024 Asphalt Mill and Overlay, Project No. 2024-01-PW. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The term of this agreement is for a one year period, subject to annual appropriation, with the option for up to two (2) one-year annual renewals at agreed upon rates. Bids will be submitted to the “Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System” website ( http://www.rockymountainbidsystem.com). Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. MDT, Friday, March 22, 2024, at which time bids will be downloaded and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Bid opening to be held at the Public Works Service Center at 8602 Rosemary Street in Commerce City, Colorado. A pre-bid meeting will be will be held at 2:00 p .m. MST, Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Municipal Services Center, 8602 Rosemary Street. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, March 15, 2024, by Pete Adler, Project Manager via email at padler@c3gov.com.
