supplies on an as-needed basis through a Task Authorization process. Suppliers may be asked to provide services that may include, but are not limited to: a. The purchase and provision of plant material. The material shall always adhere to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants 2022. b. The purchase and provision of landscaping material and supplies. c. The provision of specialty products for Osceola County on a task authorization basis. Suppliers will be pre-qualified based on experience, licensing and other criteria as described in Section V of the Request for Proposal and will be placed on a qualified vendor list. Pricing is NOT considered in the pre-qualification process.
