are approximately equal to Price in importance."The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC) – on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000004 for Level IIIA Body Armor. The Government intends to make up to two (2) awards resulting from this solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make additional awards or a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award if the quality and pricing of the proposals received would be in the Government’s best interest. The anticipated contract(s) will be issued with a seven (7) year ordering period. All items are defined in the statement of work (SOW), which is included as Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000004, is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990, (Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing).
