ADA-09191 Proposal to Lease State Airport Land at Girdwood Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to continue to lease Lot 16A, Block 100, consisting of approximately 16,740 square feet (ADA-09191, successive lease to ADA-06701), at the Girdwood Airport for an additional 5 years.  Applicant:  Fox Papa, LLC (formerly Keith M. Essex).  Annual rent:  $920.70.
