Enterprise Data Strategy

The City of Henderson is seeking a qualified firms to submit Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for two (2) distinct, but related, data strategy efforts. The first effort requires the Respondent to drive the development of the City’s Enterprise Data Strategy. The Respondent will assess our organization, help define the value proposition to establish organizational buy-in, produce an overall data strategy including associated components such as data governance and data management and recommend a roadmap and implementation plan. The second effort, in addition to the overall Enterprise Data Strategy effort, requires the Respondent to conduct a department-level maturity assessment of the DUS existing data landscape and deliver a recommended implementation plan for a long-term data governance strategy. Compared to other City departments, the DUS is further along in the development of its data management program so the Respondent must work to ensure this DUS engagement aligns with the overall City’s data strategy
