Addendum 2 - Offerors are asked to hold their proposals at this time due to an upcoming addendum that is intended to provide more clarification and add a wider breadth of services to this contract. It is anticipated that the changes will not or will minimally affect technical proposals but may impact cost proposals. 
If you have submitted a proposal, it will be unsubmitted with this addendum and you will be required to resubmit it.  It is recommended that all interested suppliers wait and read Addendum 3 before submitting or resubmitting your proposal.
The solicitation close date will be adjusted, as needed, on this and future addendums to allow interested suppliers time to

modify their proposals.
 
 
Addendum 1 - to include supplier submitted questions and answers.  Also, the closing date has been extended to allow offerors to review the questions and answers and prepare their proposals.
 
Note: During the period between the publication of the solicitation and final award, you must not communicate, directly or indirectly, with Clemson University or its employees, agents, or officials regarding any aspect of this procurement activity unless otherwise approved in writing by the procurement officer. All communications must be solely with the procurement officer. Failure to communicate soley with the procurement officer may result in the rejection of your offer. The procurement officer’s contact information may be found in Clemson University’s online bidding system on the Event Details tab.
 
 
Clemson University seeks experienced suppliers to provide International Study Abroad Travel services as outlined in the attached Scope of Work under "Bid Attachments" section. Quotes submitted prior to this solicitation are not a substitution for submitting your online bid. All submissions must be made online. No red lines to the contract will be accepted during the submission process.   If there are terms you cannot agree to or wish to have changed you must request that by submitting a question or request for modification to the scope to the Procurement Officer during the Deadlines for Question process and Clemson will consider changes.  However to ensure all offerors offer the same scope, redlines or caveats put on any proposal may make your proposal non-responsive and not able to be considered. In order to submit an offer, you must first register/login to Clemson Bidding at https://clemson.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration.aspx Registration is recommended no later than 48 hours prior to bid close. It is highly encouraged that you submit your bid prior to the closing date.
