Courthouse Campus Grounds Maintenance Project IFB24-043 INVITATION FOR BID This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for: The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services for the County's Courthouse Campus and other designated areas including all the details outlined and required in the Program Services section. Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 . At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the second floor of the Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's Youtube Channel. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids
submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received. There will be a Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project held on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 10:00 am at Administrative Conference room #216 in the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31525 . Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing via the e-Procurement Portal no later than Friday, March 22, 2024 . All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than Friday, March 29, 2024 . All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
