The County of Santa Clara (County) is seeking qualified organization to provide services within the following adult reentry service categories:
(1) Psychoeducation/ Psychosocial Programs that focus on positive emotional coping mechanisms or family reunification. Examples include but are not limited to Seeking Safety, Moral Reconation Therapy, or other related programs.
(2) Legal services such as informational workshops and/or legal representation related to the following areas:
a. Family law including brief advice, legal separation, and child support; or
b. Civil law matters addressing barriers to reentry such as housing, employment, public benefits,
etc.
(3) Employment Services:
a. Employment Services Program: A comprehensive employment program that includes job readiness training, transitional employment, employment connection services, and peer support to justice-involved individuals.
b. Day Worker Program: An employment services program that provides immediate short-term placements, and additional one-touch support.
c. Parole Employment Services: Employment services for individuals supervised by Parole, referred by the assigned Agent of Record approved by the Supervising Parole Agents. This may include individuals that were recently release from prison, have served significant length of time, and/or required to register pursuant to California Penal Code Section 290.
(4) Service Navigation to connect reentry clients to resources in the community such as housing, mental health services, substance use treatment services, physical health services, peer mentoring, education, and other resources.
