1.1 Services to be Provided; Scope of WorkPGW is seeking a firm with significant experience working with C2M to provide software development and technical support services for PGW’s C2M application, hosted in PGW’s datacenter. PGW’s objective for this procurement is to secure, at best value to PGW, support services in some or all of the following service areas: Software Development Services -- Includes ongoing maintenance, modification and configuration (including rates configuration), services for the existing application and associated end user support activities. Technical Support Services -- Includes 24x7 technical support, high level estimate requests, software compatibility testing, assessments, environment builds, service capacity planning, sizing and modeling. Efforts should be directed toward configuration, troubleshooting and general consultation. Maintenance of the C2M application -- Includes defect resolution within the application and web services, APIs and files needed for integration with edge systems. Batch Operation and Configuration Service -- Includes configuration of batch jobs across multiple environments, implementation of batch jobs in PGW job scheduling system Automic Automation Engine and 24x7 execution and monitoring of the C2M batch process with notification of job status and progress to designated PGW personnel. Providing Technical Documentation -- Includes documentation of existing code, interfaces and processes, as well as providing examples or code snippets needed for data migration, validation and/or correction. Knowledge Transfer -- Includes combining both practical and personal to grow the PGW team’s knowledge and skills in a way that allows PGW to become proficient in supporting the C2M application. DBA Support -- Includes database tuning and optimization, transactional and database errors, and OEM support to minimize database downtime and increase database performance. Support from the selected Proposer may also include the following activities: (1) System operations and assistance with daily operation and monitoring.(2) Assistance deploying regularly scheduled releases as well as security patches as needed.(3) Performing version upgrades for C2M application.(4) Troubleshooting of data errors and system problems associated with or related to data errors.(5) Modifications to existing application code.(6) Changes required due to updates to a third -party application.(7) Performance management and technical evaluation.(8) Ad hoc application training of less than four (4) hours in duration.(9) Identification, troubleshooting, replication or documentation of issues.(10) Creating and testing extractors, extensions and enhancements.(11) Data Cleansing. Proposers must include a Statement of Work describing all services which will be rendered under the resulting agreement, including all associated process documentation and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”). Proposer shall also provide name(s), resume(s), location and years of experience for each resource having a lead role which will be utilized for the support services, indicating the areas of the project that the individual(s) will be involved with or have responsibility for. Proposer must follow secure coding best practices and standards such as OWASP. Security coding shall be incorporated into each phase of the software development life cycle. All software developers shall have completed security coding and awareness training. If sub-contractors are used, Proposer should enforce the same security practices and standards with sub-contractors. Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Report, including Types I and II shall be made available to PGW upon request.
