The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) has a need to inform it’s employees on how to respond to incidental releases of hazardous chemicals as established in 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 311. SAWS is soliciting bids for a Contractor to provide “on-site” customized Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Training as described in 29 CFR 1910.120.
