GSA FY23 National Capital Region Recycling

This solicitation is for the purchase of recyclable paper, commingled aluminum/bi-metal cans, glass and plastic bottles, used laser/toner printer cartridges, and used inkjet printer cartridges generated on Government-owned and Government-operated premises and other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Washington, DC metropolitan area includes the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudon, and Prince William counties.The initial Contract period will be for 1 year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive 12-month option periods. The proposed contract start date is March 01, 2023; contractor performance will be dependent upon GSA Security Clearance.This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns.
