Student Recruitment Research Project Description :Background In 2020, in order to increase international student enrolments, MacEwan University signed into a 3-year membership with IDP Connect, a division of IDP Education. This membership offered MacEwan University a data platform that connects to the world’s largest student mobility data set and dynamically tracks source country interest in real-time. MacEwan International could then conduct research on prospective students and implement tools and methods that would improve their chances of international students being accepted for enrollment by MacEwan University. Issuing of Notice of Award In order to continue with MacEwan International’s goal of increasing international student enrolments, MacEwan University has entered into a Statement of Work (SOW) with IDP Connect for the purpose of IDP Connect providing consulting services and assisting MacEwan International with utilizing the data and findings gathered over the term of the 3-year membership. The SOW is for a term of February 3, 2023 to June 30, 2023. MacEwan University, in compliance with Trade Agreement obligations, will use limited tendering based on the following conditions and circumstances: CFTA Article 513 (c) For additional deliveries by the original supplier of goods or services that were not included in the initial procurement, if a change of supplier for such additional goods or services: (i) cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, software, services, or installations procured under the initial procurement; and (ii) would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the procuring
