7730--Notice of Intent to Sole Source eVideon Television System

The Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract for a period of performance of 190 days with one small business, eVideon, Inc. Interested parties shall identify their interests and capability. Any response to this notice shall show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties shall submit clear evidence with the capability to meet Government requirement. Responses regarding this notice shall be received by Contracting Officer, Orlando Whitaker, no later than July 14, 2021 by 10:00am at orlando.whitaker@va.gov.
