REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AN ENTERPRISE-WIDE TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM UPGRADE FOR THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY BEE-LINE BUS SYSTEM Westchester County, acting by and through the Department of Public Works and Transportation, is requesting proposals from qualified proposers to provide an enterprise-wide technology system upgrade for the Bee-Line Bus System. This project will implement a variety of technological solutions to help the County improve its operations, customer information, safety and security, and data and performance management.
