Latex Paint Recycling - Cecil County

The following specifications are minimal requirements to be met by the Contractor submitting their bid.It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Cecil County, Maryland (hereinafter "the County") to establish a term contract with a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide all labor, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide Latex Paint Recycling Services (hereinafter “Recycling Services”) on site and to be removed from the Cecil County Central Landfill (hereinafter "Landfill") located at 758 E.
