SOLICITATION NUMBER: W56HZV-17-R-0027This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the M1107 Long Range Sniper Rifle (LRSR) NSN 1005-01- 469-2133, Part# 12983075. The United States Army Contracting Command-Warren has a requirement for the overhaul of the M1107 Long Range Sniper Rifle (LRSR).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is for overhaul services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
