Mar 02, 2017 1:02 pm This action is not governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), but rather by the DoD Directive 3210.06. this Public Announcement is a request for White papers under the Master Cooperative Agreement W911SR-14-2-0001 which is exclusively for the members of the Minority Serving Institutions Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Research & Development Consortium (MSRDC) (herein after called the recipient) to develop White papers for technology advancement in areas of importance to announcement is open and effective for one year. All White Paper for this announcement should be submitted no later than 03 March 2018. Only those members of the Consortium who have executed (signed) the Consortium Member Agreement (CMA) prior to the due date and are in good standing will be eligible to have their submitted White Papers evaluated.
