Life Safety Improvements and Ladder Replacement

Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) a National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center RDC) operated by The Trustees of Princeton University, a US Department of Energy Prime Contractor wishes to solicit proposals in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 22-091C to rectify various outstanding legacy life safety items from D-Site Building Hazard Assessment (BHA) and corrective actions to non-code compliant ladders at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. The scope of work of the project includes repair and/or replacement of BHA items at existing D-Site Buildings/Structures and remove, replace and/or modify approximately 120 existing exterior and interior fixed ladders throughout PPPL.The magnitude of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.  Bid, performance and payment bonds are required.The period of performance is 550 calendar days after subcontract award.  This procurement is unrestricted, full and open.  The applicable NAICS Code is
