Airtime Service and Maintenance

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source basis with NAL Research Corporation to provide equipment, service/maintenance on proprietary equipment, airtime service, training and updates of tracking equipment.In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm‐fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302‐1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517312. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
