CMHC wishes to enter into Standing Offer with up to four vendors for the purpose of providing Model validation services to CMHC’s Model Risk Management and Model Validation group on an as-when required basis. The Request for Standing Offer will include three

streams of services: (1) mortgage insurance actuarial model validation services, (2) mortgage credit risk model validation services and (3) investment and economic model validation services. Vendors may may bid on one, two or all streams within their proposal, but must clearly specify to which streams they are responding.
The duration of this Standing Offer will be for 3 years. The total dollar value of resulting contracts from this Standing Offer is not expected to exceed $3,000,000.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 pm, EST, on February 2, 2018.
