NOTICE TO BIDDERSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for the County Road 33 Culvert 2 Extension & Drainage Channel Improvements. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday April 3, 2024 at which time the bids will be publicly open and read via Webex meeting. Meeting Number: 2342 429 8355 Password: B24033Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address only (Telephone: (585) 396-4442). Hard copies will be available for a refunded deposit of $100.00 for the first set only (U.S. FUNDS). Electronic version will be available for a refundable deposit of $50.00 for the first set only (U.S. FUNDS). Bidders requesting additional sets of documents must submit a separate non-refundable check for $100.00 per each additional set of

documents.Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive documents prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department. No bids shall be accepted from a vendor not submitting a deposit. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Deposits must be a check or cash, no credit cards are accepted or copies of checks. Each bid shall include Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid offered by the bidder.
