Statehouse Meeting Room Chairs

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (“LRCVB”) desires to solicit bids to award a contract to qualified vendors to provide the purchase of 1,050 MTS Chairs and 4 Carts. Electronic proposals are HIGHLY encouraged as it expedites the bidding process and helps to alleviate errors. Manual responses will be accepted. Identify bid number as well as closing date and time must be included on the outside of the envelope containing your bid response. Bids not sealed or received after the date and time of the bid opening will not be accepted or opened.
