FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES The Franklin Township Board of Education (“Board”) hereby advertises for Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5(1). RFQ Documents may be obtained by using the Board’s online project management system: Colbi Secure Bids at colbisecurebids.com or https://colbisecurebids.com/o/ftboe/RFQ2025-13 All general questions regarding the RFQ process or legal submissions as well as Technical Questions regarding the RFQ, etc. shall be made to Ryan Ellis, Purchasing Manager. All email requests must reference the below-listed RFQ and include the name of the Respondent/Respondent’s Firm, Firm address, Telephone and Facsimile numbers, and Respondent’s email address.

Responses to questions will be prepared as a Clarification or Addenda. These will be uploaded to the electronic bid documents pertaining to the bid for all subscribed bidders to view. Please ensure that you subscribe to this bid in Colbi Secure Bids to ensure that you will receive any changes, clarifications, and addenda. If submitting a bid as a joint venture, the joint venture must be registered in Colbi Secure Bids and subscribed to this RFQ. Bids submitted by firms that have not registered the bidding company name as a vendor or who have not subscribed to this RFQ in Colbi Secure Bids will be rejected. RFQs must be electronically submitted via Colbi Secure Bids on or before the date and time indicated below. No RFQs shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. Bidders may enter, revise, and resubmit electronic bids up until bids are due.
