Company must be a registered vendor with Florida International University, and will require an existing relationship with the FIU PantherSoft platform. 2. Supplement the existing FIU staff with some of its most critical staffing needs during commencement days. The primary task will be to scan tickets as fans enter the convocation center. The secondary, but equal task, will be to provide additional PCI compliant workers that handle walk up ticket sales and PantherSoft customer service before and during the commencement. 3. Estimated number of commencement ticket staff needed is ten (10) staff members to cover these areas. This number includes all personnel and necessary supervisors. 4. The company selected must have the ability to print and upload tickets for customer service and ticket sales, upload PantherSoft data, and scan all the tickets options into their own access control software to not exceed venue capacity. 5. Staff will report to the convocation center 3 hours before the commencement ceremony begins and are placed into their positions shortly thereafter. 6. Each ticketing staff member is relieved of their duty by a ticket supervisor with consent from the FIU Director of Ceremonies after each commencement.
