The City of Santa Clara (City) is seeking an automated queue management system that facilitates the virtual queuing of customers and appointments, provides transparency around wait times, and sends notifications to customers. Plus, as awareness of public health issues remains high, the City would like to encourage public health best practices and provide its customers with options.
