Scope of Work: This is a solicitation for Microsoft manufacturer/brand/model specifications only. No substitutions allowed. Any item offered or shipped in response to an award shall be the same model indicated by its external label and source of manufacture. All products and component parts shall be original, manufacturer approved. Authorized Reseller Requirements: Vendor must be an Authorized Reseller for Microsoft Surface Hardware and Accessories under the Platinum Level Program, operating as an Authorized Device Reseller (ADR). Proof of certification should be returned with the Vendor’s submittal. If not provided with submittal, the Vendor must submit within three (3) business days of County’s request. Vendor may be deemed nonresponsive for failure to fully comply within stated timeframes. Pricing Information: Pricing shall be a percentage discount off the then-current open market pricing at the time of the quotation request as found on Microsoft’s published U.S. Manufacturer’s

Suggested Retail Price list. In its response to this solicitation, the vendor shall provide pricing in the form of a Minimum Percentage Discount Off Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“Minimum Discount Off MSRP”) for each group. Minimum Discount Off MSRPs will utilize the nearest whole number (e.g., 70%). Vendor price quotations for County purchases shall be at least the quoted minimum discount for the duration of the term of the awarded contract. If the Original Equipment Manufacturer offers any temporary special pricing or incentives during the contract period (i.e., seasonal, promotional, inventory reduction) whether temporary or permanent, the vendor shall make the special pricing or incentives available to the County under the terms of the contract. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Basis of Award: The award of this contract will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder on a total bid price (sum of all items) basis. The County will calculate bidder's price as follows: Estimated Amount per Group x Minimum Discount Off MSRP for each group = Line Total. Lines 1 thru 4 will be totaled for total bid price. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Electronic Submittal: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope S2G. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope S2G for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure its response is submitted and received through Periscope S2G by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope S2G immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope S2G for technical assistance.
