The new quantity of wall pads with specified sizes is listed in the line item tab section. As a reminder, you can bid on all five (5) line items or just one, depending on your interest. The City of Carrollton is soliciting requests for proposals from interested vendors to provide a turn -key solution involving areas at two city facilities which need refreshed. >Rosemeade recreation center located at 1330 E Rosemeade Parkway, Carrollton, 75007 >Senior center located at 1720 Keller Springs Road, Carrollton, 75006 The City of Carrollton Parks & Recreation Department owns and operates the Recreation Facilities which
are home to over 8,000 members. The city is committed to ensuring the member base and community is adequately served. The city is looking to increase the usability and value of memberships by refreshing certain areas as described below. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified person, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or professional organization to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction of the demo and installation of new lockers in four (4) locker rooms, installation of protective wall padding in the gymnasium, installation of four (4) half-court volleyball sleeves, and repair one (1) Pulastic Classic 110 gymnasium floor. Proposed budget for all areas: $176,000.00 Timeline is as follows: Bid released- March 24, 2023 Questions deadline to submit April 7 by 1:00PM (using IonWave only) Site Tours-March 28 and March 30th * Bid Closing date- April 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM April 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM Vendor discussions- April 26-28 2023 Council approval - May Meet with department for instructions- May Request for Proposals may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically.
