CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR LITTLE SWAN LAKE FISH BARRIER MODIFICATION

The DNR Great Lakes Wildlife Unit is seeking to purchase the construction materials identified below for the Little Swan Lake Fish Barrier Modification at the Christopherson Slough Complex in Dickinson County, Iowa. Materials required include; 6 24-inch diameter, 20 ft. long, 16-gauge Aluminized Corrugated Metal Pipe (ALZ CMP). 6 24-inch, 20 ft. long, 16-gauge, ALZ perforated CMP. 3 24- inch, 10 ft long, 16-gauge, ALZ perforated CMP. 15 24-inch, 16-gauge, 12-inch connecting bands. 3 24-inch diameter galvanized end caps. 3 36-inch diameter, 12-gauge, 4.1-foot ALZ CMP risers, compatible with locking gate, that will each have 2 24-inch, 16-gauge, 2 ft, ALZ CMP Stubs 13.5 inches from bottom at 90 degrees. 3 36-inch galvanized hinged riser grates with grate bars made from 3/4- inch thick steel with 2-inch spacings, with Hasp. 3 24-inch, 16-gauge, animal guards (rat guards). No earth anchors, wire rope or swage sleeves will be on this purchase order. Please see graphic for 36-inch riser grate design style. All equivalents must provide detailed specifications with their quote. Any deviations to the following specifications should be noted next to the specification listed below by either handwriting or inserting a comment next to the specification.
