Naco Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project

Solicitation No. B-18-009-JAM   Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the rehabilitation and painting of a 7.5 MG ground storage tank for the Naco Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project, SAWS Job No. 17-0113. The project includes, but is not limited to, the repainting of the interior and exterior surfaces, overflow pipe modifications, other minor piping modifications, two (2) 48-inch and one (1) 60-inch butterfly valve replacement, weir box repairs, minor foundation improvements, new access platform, tank ladder improvements, roof vent replacement, electrical improvements, and other miscellaneous work. Sealed bids will be received by Counter Services in the Customer Service office across from the Guard Station, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 PM 3:00 PM (CT), June 25, 2018. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud by Contract Administration in CR-C137, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
