INVITATION TO BIDCITY OF DES PERESPARK RESTROOM RESURFACINGThe City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to diamond grind down concrete substrate, apply a solids epoxy prime coat, and apply solids epoxy base coats at Des Peres Park, Pioneer Park, and Sugar Creek Park restrooms. Sealed bids will be received until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Park Restroom Resurfacing” includes the name of the bidder and date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope to:Des Peres City HallAttn: City Clerk12325 Manchester RoadDes Peres, MO. 63131.
