Description: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) ENERGY SAVINGS SERVICES ESTABLISH A QUALIFIED POOL OF ENERGY SERVICE COMPANIES (ESCOS) FOR THE DELIVERY OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECTS DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES STATEWIDE The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Sustainability, is seeking qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be pre-qualified for as-needed Energy Savings Performance Contracting services for the delivery of energy efficiency projects. DGS intends to establish a qualified pool of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) for the implementation of energy efficiency projects awarded through subsequent RFPs sent to the qualified pool. Interested firms may obtain a Request for Qualifications Package (RFQ) by downloading it from the DGS Procurement Division¿s California State Contracts Register on the Internet at: http://www.eprocure.dgs.ca.gov. This is the preferred point of contact.  The RFQ package may also be obtained by sending a request to one of the contact points listed below.  Please include eProcure Event ID #, contact person¿s name, firm name, firm¿s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), mailing address and phone number.  Request processing will be delayed if all information is not provided.
