INTENT The City of Santa Clara is soliciting statements of qualifications from consultants to provide building plan check review, field inspections, and related services. EO N-6-22 In order to comply with the Governor's Executive Order, the following information is provided, which will be included in City bids and agreements until such time that the EO is rescinded. On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-6-22 (EO) regarding sanctions in response to Russian aggression in Ukraine.
