This RFP is intended to provide a basis for selection for a FSMC. The selected FSMC will be responsible for the management of the food services staff, quality control, inventory management, commodity inventory receiving and tracking, training and development of staff, operational and technical support as well as any other related professional services that deals with the non-profit School Food Service Programs for the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs.
