Chardon Avenue, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. A company is considered a small business under
