Play Complex Perimeter Fencing-Til Taylor Park

INVITATION TO BID PLAY COMPLEX PERIMETER FENCING Til Taylor Park The City of Pendleton is conducting an informal bid process for perimeter fencing around the two playground areas, splash pad, as well as swing sets at Til Taylor Park. This is materials only and does not include installation. Bid must include panels, posts, caps, and hardware. Bids will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Kaley Cope, Parks and Recreation Communications Coordinator, City of Pendleton, 865 Tutuilla Road, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 3:00 pm local time on the 3rd day of June, 2021, plainly marked “Til Taylor Play Complex Perimeter Fencing”. Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be received or opened. Specifications/Scope of Work • Total perimeter fencing of 565 feet. • Pickets must be minimum 19 gauge metal. • Rails must be minimum 17 gauge metals. • Total height of fencing must be minimum 48 inches high. • Spacing of vertical members cannot be more that 4 inches. • All posts

must be equipped with matching color dome caps. • Must have solid, flat bars at top and bottom of panels, free of design elements that may pose any protrusion and/or entanglement hazards. • Must be true surface mounted. • Must be black. • Design should be similar to what is shown below: Project Timeline • All goods must be delivered onsite by July 8th. Selection Criteria The City of Pendleton will choose the equipment vendor or contractor it believes will best serve its purposes, factors used in the selection process will include but are not limited to: design features, quality, price, value, and warranty.
