The selected contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services appropriate to a project of this nature, including but not exclusive to the items enumerated herein. Proposal pricing should reflect, without limitation, all such services required for the proper completion of the work. Rebranding must include research focusing on residents, local leaders, stakeholders, and the surrounding community. Focus groups may be used. Research should build on existing messaging and campaigns to create a brand that reflects various sub-brands. The new brand must establish a comprehensive and compelling “umbrella” brand for all the City’s programs. User testing is expected with final reports on findings. Other Details Goals and Objectives The primary goals/objectives to be achieved by the brand development and implementation include but are not limited to: A. Consistency – The brand should convey a consistent message and image to audiences inside and outside the City of Palmdale that reflects community values and markets the City locally, statewide, and nationally. B. Community Identity/Pride – Identify and promote what makes the City of Palmdale distinct and appealing in a competitive market for residents, businesses, retailers, visitors, and residents. C. Endorsement – The brand must be authentic and original and resonate with residents and community members.
