RFQ for Drawing Machine Maintenance (Proprietary)

The Texas Lottery intends to enter in a proprietary purchase with Garron Lottery Products for maintenance services on drawing machines and drawing equipment manufactured by Garron Lottery Products and owned by the Texas Lottery Commission. This solicitation is being advertised in accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex. Gov't Code ch. 466.001), as amended; the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et seq.; and other applicable laws of the state of Texas. Only bids conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining the award.
