The Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District's Information
Technology team is leading an organizational effort to develop an
integrated approach to printing and duplication systems through the
procurement of a service provider that can provide equipment on a rental
basis, supply fulfillment (with the exception of paper), and maintenance
and repair service for the rented equipment.


The Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District seeks to
acquire the services of a qualified vendor who will provide equipment to
the District which would be deployed at the Administrative Headquarters,
fire stations, and other required decentralized locations needing
multi-function printers.
