Community Engagement Services and Facilitation

The Lee’s Summit R7 School District is seeking the services of an agency (firm, non-profit organization, private agency) in connection with a District-wide community engagement process. The agency hired will provide consulting/facilitating services to lead an extensive, inclusive, and innovative community engagement process to build a Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (CFMP). The new CFMP will identify community values, milestones, and prioritized implementation steps to achieve a viable, sustainable, accessible, and belonging LSR7 School District. The CFMP will identify multiple bond cycle phases with projected costs over the next 20 to 30 years to achieve district-wide improvements efficiently and effectively over all of our campuses with three (3) areas of focus: Significant Renovations, Improvements, Additions or New Buildings (work has to be done with bond funds). General Capital Improvements/Maintenance (bond or unrestricted capital funds). Capital Equipment (bond or

unrestricted capital funds. Equipment is defined as; any unit that is over $1,000.00. Something that we would repair rather than replace. Life expectancy over one year. Lee's Summit R-7 School District (or the "District") is requiring proposers to submit their proposals electronically. Electronic submission help eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Lee's Summit R-7 School District will not accept proposals that are submitted via email or fax machine. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District.
