The selected Offeror will provide consulting services relating to the transition from the currently used Cook-Serve food production system to the Cook-Chill system, as well as provide consulting services in the general areas of transition logistics, staff training and development, menu and recipe development, meal service logistics, kitchen organization and inventory management. The successful Offeror (“Contractor”) may be awarded a contract in accordance with County policies and the selection criteria listed in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
